So, you want to try Chakradance, but you want to know when, where, and what to expect. What's the cost and time commitment? Can you try it out to see if you like it? Perhaps, you feel nervous around other people. Here are your options (oh, and if online suits you better, I'm also currently co-facilitating with the founder of Chakradance, Natalie Southgate, in a seven-month "Deep Dive" course throughout much of 2020. Here are some other options:
Chakradance Nine-Week Course
I'm organizing anothernine-week class for Spring 2020 (starting March 29!) If you're interested, please contact me. For a nine-week course, you are expected to show up for each class or make arrangements to make up the work if you cannot. We will meet once a week for approximately 90 minutes a class. The first class will be an introduction to all seven chakras, the following seven will focus on a particular chakra, and the final class will integrate them all. For this course, the anticipated cost is $15 a class (approximately 2 hours) or $100 upfront for the whole course.

Introductory One-Time Classes
You have never Chakradanced or your schedule does not permit any type of long-term commitment just yet, but you want to try Chakradance. Keep a look out on this website for dates and times of individual Chakradance classes offered. These classes will give you a taste of what it would be like to go through an entire nine-week course. There is no cost to attend these classes, though you may offer a donation.

Weekend-Long Workshops
If you belong to a group of people who are interested in Chakradance in the Bozeman area or somewhere else, I am available—with enough advance notice—to host a weekend-long workshop. This workshop would cover the entire nine-week course over a three-day weekend. Prices will vary event to event.
Chakradance has been brought to widely diverse groups of people—self-help groups, mindfulness groups, other ecstatic or therapeutic dance groups, actors, and many others.
Currently, I am the only licensed Chakradance facilitator listed in all of Montana or Idaho (and only one other in Wyoming). So, this could be a way for you to bring Chakradance to your community without you needing to travel all the way to Bozeman.
One-on-One Sessions
While there is certainly something to be said for sharing the individual dance experience in a larger supportive group setting, I realize some of you may be shy, or perhaps you have time conflicts preventing you from attending a group class. If you are interested in a one-on-one session, please contact me to see if we can work out times and compensation, if necessary.
